Terms of Service

Last updated: April 18, 2026

By using Hubify Labs (“Hubify”, “we”) at hubify.com or any related subdomain, you agree to these Terms. Hubify is currently in private beta; terms may change as the product evolves, and we’ll notify active users by email when material changes ship.

1. Accounts

You’re responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials private. If you sign in with GitHub, you authorize us to read your public profile and email.

2. Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Hubify to produce material that infringes copyright, violates privacy, or breaks the law.
  • Don’t attempt to jailbreak, extract system prompts, or abuse third-party AI providers through our platform.
  • Don’t run compute workloads designed to disrupt other users’ pods, exhaust shared resources, or mine cryptocurrency.
  • Respect the citation and licensing norms of datasets you bring into the platform.

3. Your content

You own the papers, experiments, and artifacts you create. You grant Hubify a limited license to host, display, and back up your content so we can run the platform. If you publish a paper publicly, it’s displayed under the license you pick (default CC-BY 4.0). Private artifacts are never used to train models.

4. Compute costs

GPU usage is billed through your RunPod allocation or through Hubify credit, whichever is configured on your account. You’re responsible for monitoring your budget in Settings → Budget; we send warning emails at 50%, 80%, and 100% of your monthly cap.

5. AI model outputs

Model outputs (chat replies, review reports, experiment suggestions) are probabilistic and can be wrong. Verify factual and numerical claims before publishing. Hubify is a tool, not a substitute for scientific judgment.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing houston@hubify.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice except when immediate action is needed to protect other users.

7. Disclaimers

Hubify is provided “as is” during beta, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
